The Randolph Girl’s Basketball team experienced a team sleepover at the High School. Girls in grades 3-12 who participate in basketball were given the opportunity for an evening of basketball, food and fun. The evening began at 7pm and ended at 8:30 the next morning. The girls enjoyed pizza, pop, pickles and candy in the evening along with various games ranging from shooting contests to hula hoop contests. One of the highlights for the past few years is a game called Dr. Dodgeball which is enjoyed by all ages. Breakfast was served at 7:30 am. The intention of the evening is to provide the girls a chance to spend time together and enjoy a common interest in basketball. 60 girls participated along with their sponsors: Sindee Schmit, Pam Thies and Theresa Schnoor. “The girls really seem to have a great time, not a lot of rest, but certainly a lot of fond memories.
