Summer Reading Program
Reading Safari
Randolph Elementary will, once again, have a summer reading program beginning June 1st.
The library will be open for AR testing and prizes on Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30. Students will develop a goal for the program and weekly prizes will be available. To be qualified for the weekly prizes, students must attend on June 1st to set goals.
This years theme is "Reading Safari". Week one will be THE EXPEDITION BEGINS with goals being set and books being checked out. Week two will be NO MONKEYING AROUND WE LOVE TO READ. Students will have the opportunity to read, take AR testing and prizes.
Week Three will be missed. Mrs. Boehmer will be attending a school related workshop in Lincoln.
Week 4 is STRETCH HIGH WILL READING. Week 5 will be READING WITH A FRIEND. Students can read with one of our safari animal friends. Week 6 is DISCOVERING A GOOD BOOK. Students will be asked to post their favorite book they have "discovered" up till this week. Week 7 will be the THE SAFARI CONTINUES. Week 8 will be OASIS FOR READING. Students will read in a comfy area of the library. Week 9 will be the conclusion of the reading safari.
