5th Grade Speaker

On October 8th, Jackie Steffen, Cedar County Extension Educator presented to Mrs. Wilke's Fifth Grade students. The students made rockets with a payload. Their objective was to land their rocket in a certain area. This project was in coordination with the 2014 National Science Experiment Day. "Rockets to the Rescue" provided opportunity to explore aerospace engineering can be used to solve real world challenges - such as food distribution in emergency situation - to make a positive impact in the world.
