1. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action in approving a General Fund transfer to the Depreciation Fund of $200,000; $55,000 for equipment, $55,000 for building improvements and $90,000 for vehicle replacement.
2. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action in approving a General Fund transfer to the Activities Fund of $14,000; $14,000 for athletic activities.
3. Discuss, consider and and take all necessary action in approving volunteer coaches and sponsors, as presented, for the 2019-20 school year.
4. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action in waiving the first reading and approving the final reading of editions to board policy 5506, as presented, and to repeal and rescind, without limitation, all existing board policies that pertain to the same matter or that are otherwise conflicting.
