AGENDA FOR ANNUAL PUBLIC HEARING ON STUDENT FEES

The following is an Agenda for a public meeting of the Board and a special public hearing to be held by Randolph Public Schools. The public meeting and special public hearing will be held on the 14^th day of July, 2025. The meeting will commence at 8:00 o’clock p.m. The location of the public meeting and special public hearing is in the high school board room, Randolph, Nebraska.

Call hearing to order.

1. Hold Public Hearing to discuss, consider, and receive input on Board of Education Policy #5416 - Student Fee Policy. The public will be given the opportunity to present information and opinions on the Student Fee Policy.

1. Review of the amount of money collected from students pursuant to, and the use of waivers provided in, the student fee policies of the District for the 2024-2025 school year.

Adjourn hearing.

AGENDA FOR ANNUAL PUBLIC HEARING ON STUDENT BULLYING POLICY

The following is an Agenda for a public meeting of the Board and a special public hearing to be held by Randolph Public Schools. The public meeting and special public hearing will be held on the 14^th day of July, 2025. The meeting will be held immediately after the Student fees hearing, scheduled for 8:00 pm. The location of the public meeting and special public hearing is in the high school library, Randolph, Nebraska.

1. Review the Board of Education Policy #5415 on Student Bullying.

1. Hold Public Hearing to discuss, consider, and receive input on the Student Bullying Policy. The public will be given the opportunity to present information and opinions on the Student Bullying Policy.

PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT POLICY

The following is an Agenda for a public meeting of the Board and a special public hearing to be held by Randolph Public Schools. The public meeting and special public hearing will be held on the 14^th day of July, 2025. The public meeting will be held immediately after the Student fees and Student bullying policy hearings, scheduled for 8:00 pm. The location of the public meeting and special public hearing is in the high school library, Randolph, Nebraska.
